Social Listening: Crumbl Cookies

Image
For this assignment, I chose Crumbl Cookies. Customers are saying how wonderful their customer service is and how amazing their cookies are. I was interested in this brand because there is one coming into Corvallis soon and personally, I love their cookies! I always have to make a trip to Salem or Eugene to get them. Crumbl’s value proposition is serving fresh, warm (or chilled) unique and fun cookies.  Most people on social media are raving about how amazing their cookies are. One specific comment is about how good the customer service is. The customer says that Crumbl had run out of the cookies that they wanted and they were compensated with free cookies. I think this is outstanding customer service and have experienced nothing but amazing customer service when I’ve been there. Another person commented that they had to wait 25 minutes for 2 cookies. I see how this is frustrating but also understand that they make all of their cookies right there in the store and if they are busy, it

Marketing in the News: Molson Coors Beer Run

Image
Everyone has heard of Coors Light beer. Now, Molson Coors has come out with a new low-calorie organic beer and their marketing strategy is quite original. This article caught my attention because it was a marketing strategy that I haven’t seen before. I also hadn’t heard of low-calorie organic beer.  Molson Coors hosted a literal beer run to debut their new product. It was hosted in Central Park in New York and the runners had QR codes on them that spectators could scan. If they were close enough to scan it, they received a rebate for a 12-pack of the new Coors Pure.  For everyone who wasn’t there or doesn’t live in New York City, they are giving out rewards for completing a run that is tracked on any fitness/running app that is shaped like a beer can. A screenshot from the fitness app can be emailed to beerrun@coorspure.com . If you choose this option, you will receive the rebate in the form of a $15 prepaid Mastercard.  This beer is the first USDA-certified organic beer for Molson C

Hi Everyone! My name is Hollyn Kampfer and I am a freshman age wise, but a sophomore credit wise. I am dual enrolled at Linn-Benton Community College and Oregon State University. I am studying business administration and am planning on going into real estate! Marketing definitely applies in the real estate world and I am super excited to learn all about it! As of right now, I don't know a whole lot about marketing, so I am definitely looking forward to learning how it works as well as maybe some tips and tricks!     I have lived just outside of Corvallis, in Philomath my whole life! I have danced for 15 years, including competitively. Aside from dance, in high school I also did track and cheer (both competitively and sidelines.) I absolutely love animals, especially cats! At one point when we were fostering, we has 21 cats in our house! Even though we live in town, we have made a little farm. Other than cats, we have dogs, chickens, a rabbit, and fish. It is a lot of work to
